Oosterbaan Fieldhouse
Ann Arbor, Michigan
Doors open at 9 a.m. Michigan vs. Indiana kick-off at noon.
Homecoming is a special time in Ann Arbor; a fall chill has returned to the air, the leaves are changing to a golden maize and our men in the winged blue helmets have taken to the gridiron for another great season of Big Ten football. Your Alumni Association is proud to host another great Michigan tradition—our Go Blue Homecoming Tailgate!
And this year is no different. As a matter of fact, this year’s event promises to be bigger and better than ever before. Whether you’re eight or 80, our Homecoming tailgate is an event not to be missed so make plans today to join nearly 3000 Michigan alumni, family and friends at the best pre-game party around.
The Food

This is the day to throw the diet out the window! You will want to skip dinner the night before because our amazing array of food will leave you wondering where to begin—and where to end. If you want breakfast, we’ve got it. If you want lunch, we’ve got it. If you’re looking for all of those salty snacks and sugary sweets, we’ve got it! Of course, if you want to be a little more health conscious or are vegetarian we’ve got that covered too. We also throw in a great selection of beverages.
The Fun

It wouldn’t be a tailgate party without plenty of entertainment and games, and we pride ourselves on bringing you all of the sights and sounds you can’t find anywhere else. We are proud to bring together a great selection of groups and individuals who truly represent Michigan and the Michigan spirit. President Mary Sue Coleman will also stop by to send her personal greeting and well wishes.
And did we mention the electronic gaming arcade? Whether you’re “old school” pinball or Pacman, or into the latest offerings from Wii, you’re never too old to belt out a riff of air-guitar.
The Friends

There’s nothing quite like the camaraderie of spending time in a sea of Maize and Blue and this is the place. Celebrate with the Class of 1959 as we honor the 50th anniversary of their graduation. Celebrate with friends from the dorm, fraternity brothers or sorority sisters, rec-sports teammates, Musket castmates or your pals from The Pretzel Bell, Dooley’s or Rick’s. Celebrate with all of your old Michigan friends and while you’re at it—make some new ones!
“The Victors”

Once again the mighty Michigan Marching Band will send chills down your spine when they perform for us before marching in formation to The Bighouse. If you’ve not had the chance to hear the entire band, perform indoors, this is an experience like none other. And did we say loud? “The Victors” never sounded so good!
