We know that the only thing better than a Michigan football victory is a Michigan football victory coupled with a great pre-game tailgate party–and that’s where the Alumni Association comes in. Our away-game tailgates are the best place to be when Michigan takes on its Big Ten opponents away from home. Inexpensive, family-friendly and loaded with high-energy, Maize and Blue spirit, our Amaizin’ Blue Tailgates promise to make your game-day experience one worth remembering.
So make plans to join us as we get back to business this fall. Come for the entire party, stop in for a dose of Michigan cheer as you explore the home team’s campus or simply drop by for a quick beer and a rousing chorus of “The Victors.”

This game will be televised nationally on ABC
We are no longer accepting pre-registrations for the Amaizin’ Blue Tailgate at Illinois. A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase at the door.
Tickets start at only $5 and include admission to the party, snacks, soft drinks, games, raffles and give-aways. A hot buffet meal and beer/wine will also be available for an additional charge.
We will also have satellite television available so you may watch the day’s other Big Ten football action. Additionally, we will provide as much Michigan entertainment and programming including (if schedules permit) the U-M cheerleaders, former players and University officials. The Michigan Marching Band will not be traveling to this game.

The Group Tent/Hospitality area is located south of Memorial Stadium, immediately east of Assembly Hall south of Kirby Avenue and west of Fourth Street. Please note: this is a new location.
