The Alumni Club of London was established in 2002 and serves an estimated 300
regional alumni. It is designed around social events and to help newcomers to
the area. Football watch parties are on in the fall and a couple of other events
are organized annually. The Web site also posts other events/opportunities of
interest to alumni. All are welcome.

Patrick Armstrong reports that the alumni group is centered in Paris,
where it meets for social activities, football watch parties, lectures
and participates with other alumni organizations in arranging events at
the American Embassy. There are more than 150 U-M alumni in Paris and
all are welcome. He would welcome contact from other alumni, especially those interested in planning events, or who have ideas for events.

The University of Michigan India Alumni Association (UMIAA) was formed in 2000
to develop a network of U-M alumni in India and serve as a platform for social,
professional and academic exchange amongst alumni, as well as to represent the
University of Michigan brand in India. UMIAA hosts annual, numerous activities
including representation at the academic fairs, alumni networking events, conferences
and student mentoring. The UMIAA welcomes new alumni to its network.
