Assessment instruments help you analyze your personality and clarify your values, often with the goal of suggesting fields of work for which you might be particularly suited. If you're thinking about a career change or are unsure of what kind of work you'd like to do, an assessment can often help. With the exception of the tools offered by Career Planning and Placement, these assessments are free and available online.
